Walk 4 Hospice

2009

The 2009 Walk 4 Hospice was held on September 13, 2009 from 1:00pm-3:30pm. Brian and Haley Whitt, their family and other members of their community organized the second walk to raise money for Montgomery Hospice's inpatient facility, Casey House. Montgomery Hospice had the honor of caring for Brian and Haley's grandmother, Barbara Zemil, at Casey House in 2007. Brian told The Gazette newspaper that the people from Montgomery Hospice "helped her a lot and made her last few weeks of living very good."
